I had the wonderful opportunity a few weeks ago to film a short video segment for a local newspaper's online column (The Pioneer Press's Mommy on Shoestring). I loved being able to show my stamped dinner napkins in a video format! (Only thing was, I had laryngitis when I filmed it...my voice doesn't REALLY sound like that!) Little Notecards are fun!
I just got back from BlogHer and had a grand time! I'll post more about that later but I wanted to share with you some little notecards I made to share with friends at BlogHer. Tutorial: Stamping is fun on fabric too!
Ok, so you remember what happens when I do a tutorial right? I'll be giving away something that you'll need to complete the project. And this time you get a choice! The winner will get to choose between a brand new StazOn ink pad, or a set of 4 ready-to-be-stamped-on napkins. So, after the tutorial be sure to follow the directions to enter! Cupcakes
Here is a new cupcake creation that I'd like to call "Lemon Eclair Cupcakes". Basically I used a lemon cake mix to make the cupcakes. After they were cool I used an icing tip and filled them with cool whip. This is the first time I've ever tried to fill cupcakes and it was much, much easier than expected. After that I made some lemon icing and used another one of my new icing tips to add a little yellow flower on top and topped them with fresh raspberries.
