The holidays will be here before we know it, and if you're like me, you might just wait until the last minute to make those holiday and Christmas cards. Here's a few ideas I whipped up that look great, but take a minimal amount of supplies and time to create! For all the embossing I used my Cuttlebug. If you don't have an embosser, try paper that is already embossed, or just a nice pattern will work great also. Lots of words, no pictures…
So here are some pictures to break up all the words lately! This is a Birthday Card I made for a coworker of mine. It's hard to tell but the brown petals have clear embossing powder on them to make it shiny and a little rhinestone center. As usual, it's much better looking in person! This one is for no one in particular...just a fun birthday card that fits inside a standard business sized envelope. There's a little folder inside to hold money or a gift card. More Cards
Well, I said I'd go to bed early tonight but my new stamp sets just came in and I just HAD to try them out. So I told myself I'd make one card and then go to bed....but then I made some more, and then Percy (one of two of our furry babies) decided to try to get inside the printer. It didn't work to well but it was sure cute. So below are pictures of some more cards I made plus some of Percy trying to infiltrate the printer. Birthday Card
Here's a Birthday Card I created for my boss. It might be hard to see but the H and B in Happy Birthday are cut out, mounted with foam tape for dimension and then I embossed then with holographic embossing powder.
