So a little while ago when I made those cute little royal icing flowers for a baby shower I had some spare icing!  I decided to make some googly eyes and save them for this month: I was hoping to surprise my husband with them by placing them on an unsuspecting dinner one night....but he beat me to it!  He found the bag of eyes and brought me a piece of toast with eyes!  Gotta love him!
